Warriors United: State of School Meeting Volunteers

We are excited about the second Warriors United: NAHS All-Community Meeting on Thursday, January 23, 2025.  At this meeting our entire community can come together for:

  • College & Career Center Open House with community vendors
  • Warrior Wisdom Panel with insights about college prep and application process from Class of 2025 and Class of 2026 students
  • Opportunity to meet our interim Principal, Dr. Mitchell
  • Updates from our school's organizations: PTSA, SGA, Foundation and Sports Boosters
  • Refreshments will be served!


This event is expected to draw a large crowd and we need several volunteers to ensure everything goes smoothly. 

Some of the volunteer needs are:

  • Greeter (2)- to direct parents to the atrium/auditorium 4:30PM - 6:00PM
  • CCC Open House Support (4)- assist vendors and CCC staff with the open house
  • Registration Table (2)- to check in members & guests 4:30PM - 6:00PM
  • Hospitality Setup & Serve (3)- to assist with setup and work at the hospitality table 3:30PM - 5:00PM
  • Hospitality Serve & Cleanup (3)- to assist with setup and work at the hospitality table 4:45PM-6:15PM
  • A/V (1) to assist with presentation setup, microphones, etc 5:30PM - 7:30PM
  • Floater (4) 4:30PM - 7:30PM 
  • Cleanup (3)  6:30PM-7:30PM
