Annual Fund 2024-25

Warrior Family Organization Giving Levels:

Every donor, regardless of amount donated will be registered as a member of the PTSA and will receive the PTSA Restaurant Card (your link to the electronic restaurant card will be at the bottom of your receipt for this donation!)

Please note that this form allows for one member per donation. 

  • All members are allowed to vote at general meetings and hold office. 
  • Student members who are seniors are eligible for the NAHS PTSA scholarship.

To register additional members of your household as a PTSA member you will need to make a separate donation of (any amount).  

 

Every donor at or above $100 receives recognition in the 2024-2025 foundation annual report.

Donations of $1,000+ receive two tickets to the NAHSF Auction (3/29/2025). 

Donations of $1,500+ before October 10th also receive two tickets to the Leadership Donor Party on October 30th at Canoe.

  • Each member of your household that you would like to be considered a voting member of the PTSA will need to make a separate donation (of any amount)
  • Each senior student in your household that you would like to be eligible for the NAHS PTSA Scholarship will need to make a separate donation (of any amount).
